Associate, Transaction Services Sales

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid in-office and work-from-home flexibility, varying by business area.

Salary: $120,000–$175,000 base salary annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support new business development, relationship expansion, cross-selling, and preparation of client pitch presentations.
• Structure cash and liquidity management solutions, prepare pricing, and conduct financial analysis.
• Manage internal pricing models and submit pricing requests for approval.
• Coordinate RFPs and proposals, interact with clients, and support negotiations.
• Provide product guidance and support client implementations with internal and international stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and transaction banking best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cash and liquidity management solutions, trade finance solutions, or a related analyst role.
• Understanding of cash and liquidity management and trade finance products for globally operating clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a similar field.
• Strong financial analysis, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a can-do mindset and the ability to work independently as part of a team.
• Good Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
