Manager (Financial Services Sales)

Salary: $90,000–$140,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities among asset management prospects.
• Build client relationships and progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Create requests for proposals and prepare client-facing materials.
• Partner with subject matter experts to determine technical solutions and present business conclusions.
• Monitor financial services industry trends and their impact on the business.
• Attend and network at relevant industry events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B financial services sales experience, preferably in asset management, hedge funds, or capital markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Understanding of fund administration, transfer agency, and middle office services.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, teamwork, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment with limited supervision.
• Expertise with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
