What you will do

• Drive strategic execution for AI Neobank priorities across various products and markets.
• Build and manage operating rhythms, OKRs, leadership updates, and accountability tracking.
• Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, partnerships, finance, and operations.
• Prepare concise decision memos, board materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies before they become critical blockers.
• Own special projects that require senior judgment and cross-functional authority.

Requirements

• Must be based in Japan.
• Proven experience as a strong operator driving strategic execution across teams.
• Ability to work effectively with founders, CEOs, and senior external stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with limited guidance.
• Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• English: C1+ required.
