What you will do

• Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition through execution.
• Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
• Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
• Prepare briefs, research notes, leadership updates, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams.
• Identify execution gaps, unblock teams, and own urgent cross-functional business problems.

Requirements

• Strong ownership, execution discipline, structured thinking, and follow-through.
• Clear written communication and the ability to work directly with senior leadership.
• Comfort with ambiguity, urgent problems, shifting priorities, and incomplete information.
• Strong judgment about priorities, blockers, escalations, and next actions.
• Strong English communication is required.
• Must be based in Malaysia and work from the office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments.
