What you will do

• Manage QA analysts and automation engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Develop risk-based quality strategies aligned with business priorities to reduce risk and improve application reliability.
• Advance test automation and AI-assisted testing through innovative tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Partner with business and technology teams throughout application planning, delivery, and release.
• Track and report quality metrics to support leadership decisions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and automated testing.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
• Experience translating business requirements into risk-based testing strategies.
• Working knowledge of RESTful architecture and hands-on API testing experience.
• H1-B lottery participation is not available; all positions are on-site.
