What you will do

• Lead QA automation activities across complex digital initiatives.
• Define and evolve QA strategies, automation frameworks, tooling, processes, and reporting.
• Oversee testing for web applications, APIs, and integrated platforms.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and implement quality gates.
• Apply AI-driven testing, synthetic data generation, and intelligent automation techniques.
• Hire, train, mentor, and coordinate QA engineers across geographically distributed teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on leadership experience in QA automation and strong programming skills in Python or Node.js.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Playwright, including cross-browser UI automation, API testing, network interception, and hybrid UI/API workflows.
• Experience designing scalable frameworks using object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and modular code structures.
• Experience integrating automation with GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins and managing Docker-based test execution.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, asynchronous programming, parallel execution, HTML, DOM, CSS, XPath selectors, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs and validating probabilistic AI outputs, safety guardrails, prompt-injection risks, bias, and hallucinations.

Nice to have

• Accessibility testing with WCAG or Section 508.
• Performance testing with JMeter, k6, or Locust.
• Cloud-based test execution and environment orchestration.
• Experience testing AI-driven or data-heavy platforms.
