IT Digital Workplace & Service Desk Manager (Microsoft 365/ITSM): Leading a global digital workplace and Tier 1–2 service desk organization while managing workplace technologies, endpoint lifecycles, and user support operations with an accent on ITIL processes, automation, and measurable service improvement. Focus on scaling self-service and AI-enabled support, standardizing operations across regions and time zones, and improving CSAT, FCR, MTTR, SLA/SLO performance, and asset accuracy.

What you will do
- Lead the global digital workplace and end-user support organization.
- Own deployment, availability, and adoption of Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and conference room AV.
- Manage globally distributed Tier 1–2 service desk operations across regions and time zones.
- Own ITIL-aligned incident, request, problem, change, and knowledge management processes.
- Drive automation, self-service, AI and virtual-agent support, shift-left initiatives, and proactive support models.
- Oversee endpoint and asset lifecycles, including imaging, patching, MDM, compliance, procurement, and retirement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in ITSM or end-user support, including 2+ years leading global teams.
- Experience with distributed and/or outsourced service models.
- Strong expertise with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, SCSM, BMC, or Jira.
- Hands-on knowledge of endpoint and MDM tools, including Intune, Jamf, or Workspace ONE.
- Executive-level communication skills and strong business acumen; ITIL certification is preferred.
