Senior Digital Product Manager (AI)

Location: On site in Austin, TX; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL; or Orlando, FL. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $105,600–$175,000 per year, plus potential bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Manage discovery, prioritization, and execution of the Wealth Experiences product backlog and roadmap.
• Define requirements and translate advisor and business needs into prioritized product outcomes.
• Analyze complex advisor, service, and operational workflows to simplify handoffs and reduce friction.
• Define and deliver scalable digital capabilities, workflow automation, and advisor productivity solutions.
• Partner with business, technology, design, UX, engineering, operations, and advisor teams to drive delivery.
• Measure outcomes, communicate roadmap progress and risks, and support the evolution of AI-assisted advisor workflows.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of digital product management experience, preferably including 5+ years in financial services, wealth management, banking, fintech, or a related industry.
• Experience applying AI, automation, or workflow optimization in a product, business, or operational context.
• Experience analyzing complex business processes and translating operational needs into scalable product solutions.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, VS Code, GitHub, Visio, and similar product platforms.
• Strong communication, data synthesis, organizational, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience leading AI initiatives from concept through delivery and adoption.
• Experience with workflows, automations, integrations, or intelligence capabilities in wealth management or advisor platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale product transformation initiatives.
