Sales and Service Banker (Fintech)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; branch-based work with possible support for nearby branches

Annual base pay: $34,500–$53,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' financial needs and recommending tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Build and deepen customer relationships through account support, portfolio management, branch activities, and partner referrals.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other teller transactions while handling cash and maintaining accurate drawer balances.
• Educate customers about digital banking platforms and self-service options across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Resolve customer concerns, foster loyalty, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch sales and performance goals.
• Follow regulatory requirements and internal policies for operational accuracy, risk management, and fraud defense.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education is preferred.
• At least 12 months of product or service sales experience, or qualifying retail banking, financial services, consultative relationship sales, or hirify.global experience.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and 6 months of cash-handling experience.
• Customer relationship-building, consultative sales, cross-selling, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Computer proficiency, basic math skills, and the ability to use digital tools and follow policies and procedures.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship; branch hours may include evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
