Location: In-office at the Montrose branch, 4350 N Harlem Ave, Norridge, IL 60706, United States

Base salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire new customers and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales conversations, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate hirify.global banking solutions to increase loyalty and share of wallet.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options and use relevant technology, tools, and resources.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing risk and following policies.
• Support efficient and accurate daily branch operations.

Requirements

• Polish-speaking ability is required.
• Typically, 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is typically expected; no degree may be acceptable with a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer needs, prospecting, selling, and problem solving.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and applicable banking regulations.
