What you will do

• Identify customer needs through the retail sales process and provide basic banking solutions or refer complex needs to appropriate partners.
• Manage customer assessments, sales opportunity profiling, account opening, lead-focused outbound calls, and follow-up activities.
• Research customer profiles and present relevant financial products and services in partnership with internal teams.
• Onboard new customers, build relationships through proactive outreach, and schedule and prepare for customer appointments.
• Perform branch customer servicing and help manage customer flow for sales, service, and referral opportunities.
• Maintain KYC, CIP, fraud prevention, audit, internal control, and Federal SAFE Act registration requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least two years of retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience, or at least one year of proven proactive sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, organization, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service and financial services product knowledge.
• Fluent verbal and written communication with customers in English and Spanish; proficiency is assessed.
• Ability to work in an open, face-to-face branch environment, stand for extended periods, and use standard communication equipment.

Nice to have

• Associate degree.
• Notary public license.
• Additional bilingual capability based on branch needs.
• Leadership qualities and demonstrated branch banking or relationship-based retail banking experience.
