What you will do
- Lead the strategy and operations of the Power Transformers business across Mexico and the NAFTA region.
- Develop and execute growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning strategies.
- Direct operations, engineering, and sales organizations toward order intake, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Build relationships with customers, partners, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead organizational development, leadership capability building, employee engagement, and talent growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the Power Transformers industry.
- Experience leading large, multicultural organizations, including leaders of leaders.
- Strong business, financial, and commercial acumen, including P&L management experience.
- Knowledge of the Power Transformers market, customer landscape, and industry trends.
- Professional proficiency in English is required; Spanish is highly desirable.
