hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Manage accounting activities for multiple technology-industry clients, software platforms, and charts of accounts.
• Process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
• Prepare financial statements and complete monthly bank, credit card, prepaid, receivable, fixed asset, payable, and accrual reconciliations.
• Complete complex reconciliations established and supported by senior accounting leaders.
• Prepare sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and other quarterly or annual client filings.

• Bachelor's degree required; related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Accounting and financial experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and recurring daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes.
