Senior Engineering Technician (RF/Electronics)

Location: Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite role supporting a first-shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. U.S. Person status is required due to ITAR and U.S. export control requirements.

What you will do

• Build, test, and evaluate RF and electronic oscillator prototypes under static, dynamic, and environmental conditions.
• Interpret and modify electronic schematics and maintain related technical documentation.
• Support new product introduction through prototype builds, validation testing, and product qualification.
• Troubleshoot production yield and quality issues and support root cause analysis for RMAs.
• Execute and document tests using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, phase noise analyzers, and thermal, shock, and vibration systems.
• Develop test methods, evaluate new equipment, and support automation using macros, scripts, and data analysis.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of electronics or engineering technician experience, or an Associate’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field with equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of RF circuits, AC/DC electronics, and thermal and mechanical stresses affecting electronic and mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience building, testing, and evaluating electronic prototypes.
• Ability to interpret and modify electronic schematics.
• Proficiency with electronic laboratory and environmental test equipment.
• U.S. Person status is required, including U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual status.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MIL-STD-202, MIL-STD-883, or MIL-PRF-55310.
• Experience with VeriBest or equivalent schematic-entry tools.
