Manager, Field Operations (Data Analytics)

Location: Onsite in Westlake, TX; Austin, TX; Omaha, NE; Orlando, FL; or Chicago, IL

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize programs supporting client relationship models across mass affluent, high-net-worth, and ultra-high-net-worth segments.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, identify root causes, assess tradeoffs, and develop actionable business recommendations.
• Partner with field leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to integrate priorities and deliver scalable operational solutions.
• Improve advisor and client experiences through practice management, operational enhancements, and performance measurement programs.
• Develop executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for leadership audiences.
• Drive implementation, change adoption, and continuous improvement by monitoring performance metrics and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in strategy, analytics, business operations, consulting, sales operations, program management, client experience, or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience translating quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Financial services, wealth management, branch operations, or regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with large-scale business transformation, change initiatives, business cases, or data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of advisor, client relationship, or service model design.
