Senior Director, Investments

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150K–$175K per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own research, due diligence, and monitoring across private credit, private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, hedge funds, and other diversifiers.
• Chair the Alternative Investment Subcommittee, managing agendas, recommendations, diligence, and follow-through.
• Manage investment manager relationships and assess source of return, portfolio role, structure, liquidity, fees, and client value.
• Build frameworks for allocation sizing, liquidity, diversification, and pacing alongside traditional investments.
• Contribute to ETF-based model portfolios and asset allocation decisions through the Public Markets Subcommittee.
• Partner with advisors, Engineering, Product, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Trading to deliver investment guidance and implement portfolio strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant investment experience in an RIA, multi-family office, OCIO, consulting, allocator, or asset management environment.
• Direct experience with alternatives due diligence and strong knowledge of public markets, ETFs, and asset allocation.
• Experience presenting to an Investment Committee and advising clients or wealth advisors.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to build processes in ambiguous environments and collaborate across functional lines.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA or CAIA preferred or in progress.

Nice to have

• Experience with Koyfin, Morningstar, YCharts, Orion Risk Intelligence, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled investment tools; development skills are not required.
