Sr. Director Marketing Operations

Salary: $192,000–$327,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, systems, and analytics roadmap for marketing technology and operations.
• Lead marketing technology stack strategy, administration, lead routing, scoring, segmentation, targeting, campaign tracking, and attribution.
• Own marketing database quality, accuracy, contact management, and GDPR data compliance.
• Partner with field marketing on omnichannel campaign strategy and planning.
• Measure marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, funnel efficiency, TAM penetration, and goal achievement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global marketing technology, operations, and analytics team.

Requirements

• Experience interacting with senior management, supported by strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Project management skills and strong quantitative data analysis abilities.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems; Salesforce is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience with demonstrated success in relevant work.
• 7+ years managing and developing multidisciplinary teams, preferably with international reach.

• 6+ years of specialized or industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree.
