Location: Remote within the United States; substantial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time working hours required

What you will do

• Develop and maintain reusable libraries of proposal graphics, templates, layouts, icons, and visual assets.
• Translate complex technical, management, and programmatic concepts into diagrams, graphics, and information designs.
• Provide rapid graphics support, revisions, quality checks, and last-minute production assistance during active proposal efforts.
• Establish standards for layout, typography, color, iconography, imagery, and information hierarchy.
• Advise proposal teams on visual approaches and appropriate use of templates and assets.
• Collaborate with proposal managers, writers, subject-matter experts, and senior leaders to align visual deliverables with proposal objectives.

Requirements

• Professional experience creating proposal graphics for U.S. Government contractors or federal clients.
• Experience supporting large federal contractors, preferably in defense, national security, foreign affairs, intelligence, or international development.
• Advanced proficiency with Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable professional design tools.
• Strong visual judgment, information-design skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex ideas through visual storytelling.
• Portfolio with relevant proposal and information-design work, including examples for federal or government-contracting clients.
• At least one client reference or testimonial addressing quality, responsiveness, speed, and customer service.
