Graphic Designer (Real Estate Debt Solutions)

Location: Hybrid, in office 3 days per week; preferred location is Saint Petersburg, Florida, with New York or Nashville, Tennessee also considered.

What you will do

• Design and produce institutional-quality investor marketing materials, including offering memorandums, investor books, brochures, proposals, presentations, and related collateral.
• Partner with Real Estate Debt Solutions, Development, and Investments teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Create layouts, graphics, charts, maps, diagrams, renderings, infographics, tables, and data visualizations.
• Translate complex financial, market, and property information into clear visual narratives and persuasive investor communications.
• Prepare high-end print-ready and digital materials using Adobe Creative Suite, while maintaining templates, standards, and graphics libraries.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, perform quality assurance reviews, and meet compressed transaction deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with editorial layout, typography, visual storytelling, print production, file preparation, and reproduction specifications.
• Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated print design, investor presentations, offering memorandums, or comparable institutional marketing materials is required.
• Ability to use PowerPoint and Excel to support presentation graphics and financial data.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting commercial real estate, real estate investment, capital markets, investment banking, or another financial services organization.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate investment terminology, asset classes, and institutional marketing standards.
