Voice AI & CRM Automation Developer

What you will do

• Design, build, configure, and maintain Voice AI solutions for inbound and outbound calling workflows.
• Develop conversational AI agents for lead qualification, appointment setting, follow-ups, customer inquiries, call routing, and reactivation campaigns.
• Configure GoHighLevel workflows, automations, triggers, pipelines, opportunities, calendars, forms, custom fields, and CRM integrations.
• Integrate CRM and Voice AI systems using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n, and custom integrations.
• Manage telephony functions including phone numbers, call routing, forwarding, voicemail, and Twilio or LeadConnector services.
• Review transcripts, recordings, metrics, and system behavior to improve conversation quality, conversion performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with GoHighLevel, CRM automation, conversational AI, or related automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Voice AI, AI calling agents, automated phone systems, prompt engineering, conversation flows, objection handling, fallback responses, and human escalation.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth or API authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of GoHighLevel, CRM workflows, telephony, troubleshooting, documentation, and workflow performance analysis.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple automation initiatives, and translate business processes into reliable technical solutions.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Twilio, LeadConnector, SIP, VoIP, or cloud telephony.
• Experience integrating OpenAI or other LLM-based platforms.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, or another scripting language.
• Portfolio demonstrating GoHighLevel or Voice AI work.
