AI Automation Mentor

Location: Fully remote; live sessions aligned with the CET schedule

hirify.global is partnering with Nebius Academy to help professionals build practical AI systems around their own business processes.

What you will do

• Review participant project cards, assess scope, and define the data and materials required for each Lab.
• Identify recurring business tasks and the most valuable automation opportunities based on process characteristics and expected impact.
• Guide participants in designing and building AI-assisted workflows using prompts, custom assistants, agents, and automation tools.
• Advise on ROI, approvals, routing, error handling, process impact, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Diagnose blockers, break oversized projects into achievable three-hour scopes, and provide actionable feedback during live online sessions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing AI or automation solutions in live business processes across multiple business functions.
• Experience building multi-step automations with branching, routing, approvals, error handling, or similar operational logic.
• Experience creating reusable AI assistants, custom GPTs, project instructions, decision agents, or comparable solutions used by other people.
• Production-level experience with at least one automation platform, such as Zapier, Make, or n8n, and working familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience facilitating workshops, teaching, mentoring, consulting, or sharing practical knowledge with non-technical professionals.
• Professional working proficiency in Russian for live interactive Labs, plus strong English communication skills and availability for CET sessions.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI enablement, AI adoption, transformation management, GenAI program management, automation consulting, operations leadership, or forward-deployed engineering.
• Experience supporting AI adoption across multiple departments, business functions, or client organizations.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech, food-tech, mobility, or other operationally intensive sectors.
• STEM education, practical AI or automation case studies, talks, or publications.
