Senior Fullstack Developer (Java / React)

Location: Brazil; remote home office. Availability to work in the EST time zone is required.

What you will do

• Design, develop, unit test, integrate, and support full-stack application components.
• Build scalable web applications with React and Java 21/Spring Boot.
• Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, product, architecture, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
• Maintain architecture, design, and system documentation while ensuring code quality, performance, and security.
• Support production systems with Kibana and APM tools and participate in an on-call rotation when needed.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience with React, modern JavaScript, DOM APIs, and JSON.
• Recent hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, including legacy Java versions.
• Experience with microservices, enterprise integration patterns, RDBMS platforms such as MySQL, and SQL.
• Understanding of web security standards, including JWT, authentication, OAuth2, and OIDC.
• Production support experience with application error handling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Must be based in Brazil and comfortable working in the EST time zone.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture and component libraries such as Storybook or styled-components.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and Kafka.
