TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Developer (Java / React): Building and supporting enterprise-scale web applications and microservices with an accent on scalable React frontends, Java/Spring Boot backends, secure REST APIs, and enterprise integrations. Focus on designing performant systems, troubleshooting production applications, and implementing authentication, monitoring, and security controls.

Location: Brazil; remote home-office position. Working in the EST time zone is required.

What you will do

Design, develop, unit test, integrate, and support full-stack application components.
Build scalable enterprise web applications with React and Java 21/Spring Boot.
Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with enterprise systems.
Collaborate with UX/UI, product, architecture, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
Create and maintain architecture, design, and system documentation.
Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using Kibana and APM tools, including participation in an on-call rotation when needed.

Requirements

Solid full-stack development experience with strong hands-on React and modern JavaScript knowledge, including ES6+, DOM APIs, and JSON.
Recent hands-on backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Experience with microservices, enterprise integration patterns, REST APIs, and relational databases such as MySQL; strong SQL knowledge is required.
Understanding of web security, authentication, JWT, OAuth2, OIDC, application error handling, and standard production-support practices.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills, with a structured approach to resolving issues.
Ability to work in the EST time zone and from Brazil.

Nice to have

Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture and component libraries such as Storybook or styled-components.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and Kafka.
