Product Manager - Support Insights

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of two days per week from an HPE office. The office location is not specified.

What you will do

• Develop the end-to-end and operational roadmap for Support Insights across the HPE portfolio.
• Collect and analyze customer requirements, target segments, and business cases for innovative products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, cross-business-unit product management, Services, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Execute product strategy across planning, development, launch, management, and exit phases.
• Drive operational and financial progress across product value-chain partners to meet performance objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a related field.
• Technical understanding of enterprise networking.
• Experience in product management or support organizations, including work with customers and internal engineering teams.
• Understanding of product development, product management, analytics, business acumen, root cause analysis, and problem detection.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including interaction with leadership.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced degree in computer science or engineering.
• Ability to provide product-specific technical training to the team.
