Peru Commercial Compute Category Manager

What you will do

• Define and execute category business plans and growth strategies focused on profitability.
• Coordinate category plan execution with marketing, sales, and finance teams.
• Monitor KPIs and sales performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Manage the product line and quota for a significant product range or customer segment.
• Represent the category with sales teams, partners, and external IT vendors.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field; an advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience may also qualify.
• Knowledge of product management, product strategy, business development, sales, marketing, market research, and data analysis.
• Experience with KPIs, customer relationship management, go-to-market strategy, and value propositions.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
