Advisory Specialist I, Risk & Audit (GRC)

Location: Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand. Office-based candidates in these countries are expected to work onsite at least 50% of the time under the hybrid policy; remote arrangements may be considered for candidates elsewhere within these countries. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in their country of residence; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

What you will do

• Deliver Professional Services throughout the customer journey and product enablement lifecycle.
• Configure and implement hirify.global products based on customer requirements and established methodology.
• Understand customer program goals and data collection and processing practices.
• Advise customers on GRC best practices, solution rollout, product usage, and project execution.
• Build the capability to lead implementations end to end and support customer presentations and workshops.
• Coordinate with Delivery Managers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, Project Management, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Approximately 12 or more months of experience in consulting, Professional Services, SaaS implementation, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
• Understanding of, or willingness to learn, governance, risk, audit, compliance, internal controls, or information security.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including presentation and workshop support.
• Ability to learn hirify.global products and apply domain and product knowledge to customer requirements.
• Effective collaboration, organization, time management, multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Passion for GRC and ability to engage customer personnel in solution discussions.

Nice to have

• Experience with GRC or analytics tools.
• Experience with platform-based products or solutions.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as risk management, accounting and audit, compliance, legal and ethics, information security, or MIS.
• Relevant GRC accreditation, planned, in progress, or completed, such as CIA, CA, CGA, CMA, CPA, CFE, CISA, CRISC, or CISSP.
