Sr. Legal Operations & Systems Specialist

What you will do

• Administer and optimize contract lifecycle management systems, including workflows, templates, clause libraries, playbooks, metadata, approvals, reporting, integrations, testing, and user training.
• Manage AI-assisted contract review and redlining tools and support AI governance initiatives.
• Build prompt libraries with the Director of Legal Operations and facilitate cross-departmental AI governance training.
• Improve contract turnaround times, create scalable workflows, and maintain legal department dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics.
• Administer legal knowledge repositories, playbooks, SOPs, training documentation, and automated workflow solutions.
• Manage outside counsel onboarding, invoice review workflows, billing compliance, accrual reporting, and spend analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a paralegal or legal operations certificate is optional.
• Experience in legal operations or a paralegal role, with 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations or Legal Technology.
• Experience administering contract lifecycle management systems.
• Experience with AI legal technology and eBilling platforms.
• Strong understanding of SaaS contracting.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, IT, Security, and Engineering.
