Senior Product Analyst (Mobile Games)

Location: Hybrid in the Culver City studio hub or remote within the United States

Salary: $123,600–$187,000 annual base salary for candidates in California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, and Washington. Additional equity, bonuses, and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify player behavior, game performance, trends, and actionable product insights.
• Support the MONOPOLY GO! Minigame Vertical by defining key metrics, establishing data collection processes, and developing analytical frameworks.
• Own end-to-end analytics projects, from feature instrumentation and reporting to A/B experiment design, evaluation, and final recommendations.
• Partner with data platform, data science, analytical engineering, and game teams to translate insights into product improvements.
• Use data to prioritize features, optimize game economies, refine product roadmaps, and improve player engagement and satisfaction.
• Present complex findings clearly and use AI-powered tools to improve the speed, quality, and accuracy of analytical work.

Requirements

• Must work from the United States; the role is hybrid in Culver City or remote within the US.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a Business Intelligence-related role.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with large datasets.
• Working knowledge of visualization tools such as Looker, QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical results.
• Intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, continuous-learning mindset, and strong interest in mobile games.

Nice to have

• Gaming industry experience.
• Experience with BigQuery and Python or R.
• Looker experience is preferred.
