Senior Solutions Engineer (Healthcare and Life Sciences)

Location: US-Texas-Remote

Annual base salary: $171,000–$205,000 in the listed salary locations; sales roles are also eligible for a commission plan.

What you will do

• Own the technical sales process from introductory meetings through post-sales customer satisfaction, upselling, and renewals.
• Discover customer use cases and translate business requirements into solutions using hirify.global technologies.
• Design solutions based on reference architectures and common enterprise patterns.
• Present and demonstrate hirify.global products, roadmap, and vision to customers.
• Partner with Account Managers and internal teams to support successful sales and maintain a consistent customer experience.
• Advocate for customer needs with Product Management and Engineering and participate in conferences, webinars, meetups, and other evangelism activities.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in pre-sales.
• Experience creating and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Knowledge of big data, data warehousing, or relational databases, plus experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with data engineering, data science or machine learning, and enterprise operations, security, or data governance.
• Experience with Unix or Linux, customer business requirements, problem solving, and written and verbal communication.
• A four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required; domestic and international travel is expected.
