Director, Inclusion Business Partner

Location: Foster City, California, United States; at least 3 days in the office required

Salary: $179,000–$232,000 USD per year, plus potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Develop and execute inclusion strategies for Technology, Product, and assigned corporate functions in alignment with business and workforce priorities.
• Advise senior leaders on inclusive decision-making, leadership behaviors, team practices, and product lifecycle management.
• Embed inclusion across product strategy, design, development, delivery, enterprise platforms, tools, and operational processes.
• Connect employee resource groups, Inclusion Networks, Inclusion Councils, and business leaders to align employee insights with organizational priorities.
• Use workforce data and emerging trends to create executive-ready recommendations, action plans, success measures, and course corrections.
• Partner with People, Analytics, Talent, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Communications, and Business Planning teams to deliver inclusion priorities.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree, or 3 years with a PhD.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in inclusion, human resources, talent, organizational effectiveness, business partnering, technology, product, or a related discipline.
• Experience advising senior leaders and influencing complex, matrixed, and global organizations.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, judgment, discretion, and issue-resolution skills.
• Experience translating business priorities and workforce data into measurable strategies and action plans.
• Working knowledge of inclusive design, responsible AI, digital accessibility, and equitable user experience principles.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in human resources, business, organizational development, technology, product management, or a related field.
• Experience partnering with Technology, Product, Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, or Communications functions.
• Experience using workforce analytics, engagement data, GenAI, or digital tools to generate insights and scale impact.
• Experience establishing governance, success measures, budgets, or investment frameworks for inclusion or employee network initiatives.
