Program Controls Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in the Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, or Dallas, Texas offices; up to 40% remote work

What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of programs by coordinating tasks, resources, stakeholders, timelines, and project goals.
• Contribute to project delivery within defined time, quality, and project management standards.
• Collect and analyze data using established tools, methods, and formats.
• Manage basic elements of data management systems with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Draft project review reports and presentations.
• Review operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field experience.
• At least 5 years of professional program or project controls experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
