Senior Analyst - Client Insights

Location: Chicago, IL / Remote; candidates outside the Chicago area are eligible for remote employment. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $79,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Discover client needs, prioritize projects and requests, and establish an insights agenda.
• Deliver strategic analyses, insights, and recommendations using hirify.global data and client information.
• Coordinate and conduct client training on hirify.global data and applications.
• Build relationships across client organizations and collaborate with internal and client teams.
• Identify hirify.global solutions that address client problems and support business development.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and leverage resources across organizations.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Circana, Nielsen, or hirify.global syndicated data.
• At least 2 years of experience with a CPG company, consulting, market research, or syndicated data firm.
• Analytical approach with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in datasets.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior-level client leadership.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-starting approach.
