What you will do

• Develop customized Excel financial models and bond financing structures.
• Prepare bond pricing, refunding analyses, debt-service models, yield calculations, and market-condition evaluations.
• Compare alternative financing structures and support customized solutions for municipal issuers.
• Prepare requests for proposals, market updates, and presentation materials for client meetings.
• Participate in financing discussions, client presentations, and municipal bond transactions from initial analysis through pricing and closing.
• Enhance internal models, templates, and analytical processes while maintaining knowledge of municipal finance regulations and disclosure requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in finance or economics, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of related experience or training.
• SIE and FINRA Series 50, 52, and 63 licenses, or successful completion of the exams within 90 days of hire.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to build professional relationships and present complex financial concepts clearly.
