Senior Project Manager (Creative Marketing)

Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States. Travel between hirify.global locations and other limited travel may be required, less than 5%.

Salary: $83,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the strategic allocation of creative resources across a large portfolio of complex marketing projects.
• Develop and improve the Workfront project management system, workflows, onboarding, training, and best practices.
• Lead day-to-day projects and large-scale initiatives involving print, digital, social, photo, video, and other marketing deliverables.
• Partner with Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to define scopes, priorities, timelines, capacity, and resource needs.
• Forecast challenges, resolve issues, facilitate collaboration, and keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain project documentation, coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure deliverables meet brand standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8–10 years of project management experience, including large-scale creative or marketing projects.
• Advanced project management software experience; Workfront experience is preferred, with administrative rights experience strongly desired.
• Knowledge of print, digital, photo, and video production processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience forecasting departmental capacity and resource needs, working with stakeholders, and managing vendors.
