Vet Clinic Implementation Associate

Location: 100% remote within the USA; travel required. Work visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $60,000–$85,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Colorado range: $60,000–$80,000.

What you will do

• Manage large-scale implementation projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary contact for external partners and coordinate internally with engineering and business teams.
• Build project plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and task assignments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet launch dates and project deliverables.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, executives, and leadership.
• Connect business goals with the prioritization of incoming project requests.

Requirements

• Previous experience working directly in a veterinary clinic or implementing veterinary software with clinics.
• Experience managing projects involving partnership plans, third-party integrations, and new feature or product launches.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience creating roadmaps, project plans, and timelines with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, heavily cross-functional environment and hold others accountable for deadlines.
• Must be based in the USA and able to travel; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
