Client Delivery Project Manager (ATM)

Location: Remote-USA; travel to client locations as needed, approximately 25%.

Salary: $67,700–$86,300 per year, adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors.

What you will do

• Lead multiple ATM project implementations from planning and development through testing, operational implementation, and go-live.
• Build detailed project plans covering tasks, dependencies, resources, schedules, integrations, execution, and change control.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, technology leaders, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, processors, and ATM networks.
• Act as the primary liaison for project sponsors and client executives, managing expectations around timing, functionality, and business objectives.
• Facilitate kickoff, specification, status, and project team meetings; maintain documentation, reports, communications, and project closure activities.
• Resolve conflicts and project issues, lead lessons-learned exercises and root-cause discussions, and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience and 3 years in a client-facing role.
• Working knowledge of debit and credit card processing, payment solutions, financial technology products, project methodologies, and enterprise project management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
• Strong facilitation, organization, prioritization, decision-making, conflict-resolution, communication, presentation, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of experience in financial services, particularly card processing and payment solutions.
• Client-facing project leadership and card processing experience.
