Location: New York, NY; hybrid workplace

Salary: $85,000–$90,000 per year, with final offers based on experience.

What you will do

• Write compelling stories for Brew Markets, an investing newsletter covering public, private, venture, and crowdfunding markets.
• Make complex business, finance, and investing topics conversational, informative, and engaging for a broad audience.
• Identify and develop market and investing stories that are relevant to hirify.global readers.
• Work closely with the Brew Markets editor and collaborate with creators, designers, and other writers.
• Represent hirify.global's witty, informative, trusted, and memorable editorial style.

Requirements

• Strong interest in investing and an in-depth understanding of how capital markets function.
• Distinct writing voice and the ability to produce clear, compelling financial journalism.
• Ability to write in hirify.global's conversational style while remaining informative and credible.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach.
• Flexibility and a willingness to work in a high-growth environment.
• More than four years of experience writing about markets and investing is strongly preferred.
