Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in journalism with a track record of ambitious storytelling.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional news judgment and ability to set team agendas.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing editorial teams.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize resources and track team availability.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and data-driven editorial tools.
