Intern, Finance Project Support Analyst (Fall 2026)

Location: Hybrid role based in Newark, New Jersey, United States. Valid authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

What you will do

• Reconcile, track, and clean up balance sheet accounts.
• Create and maintain the PPNDA Finance and Accounting digital SOP library.
• Support project team activities assigned by project managers.
• Assist with month-end closing and post-close reporting.
• Support business planning cycles and prepare related data.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and collaborate with remote and in-office colleagues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with internal departments across the organization.
