What you will do

• Support financial processes and reporting activities related to business strategy and decision-making.
• Contribute to financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Assist with accounting operations, month-end reporting, business performance analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers and finance and accounting professionals on department initiatives.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and work independently and within a team.
• Participate in professional development sessions, internship events, team projects, volunteer activities, and internal events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate university program, with at least one academic term remaining after the summer program.
• Teamwork and leadership demonstrated through extracurricular activities or work experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.
