Senior Analyst GCT Transaction Management (Treasury)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with at least two days per week, or 40% of working time, at the London office.

Salary: £65,305–£72,560 per year, plus an annual performance-related bonus.

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of high-value treasury transactions from initial setup through maturity.
• Support funding, liquidity, capital management, and balance sheet activity within the Treasury Middle Office.
• Process and oversee transactions across FX, money markets, derivatives, fixed income, and equities.
• Support structured transactions, including securitisations and capital securities.
• Maintain accurate processes, controls, reconciliations, payments, and investigations.
• Contribute to large-scale Group initiatives, operational change, and strategic projects.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience with treasury products, capital markets, capital instruments, and settlement processes in Middle Office, Operations, or Finance.
• Experience managing transaction lifecycles, reconciliations, payments, and investigations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working collaboratively and constructively challenging Front Office stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills when working with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Treasury.
• Ability to work in the London hybrid arrangement is required, with at least two days per week or 40% of time in the office.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma techniques.
• Familiarity with Murex, Summit, or Oracle Treasury systems.
• Experience supporting securitisations or capital securities.
