What you will do

• Resolve open questions and issues with clients, sales and trading desks, and other stakeholders.
• Manage real-time trade booking exceptions between trading desks and sales teams.
• Monitor and control operational risk throughout the trade processing lifecycle.
• Perform trade-date and post-trade reconciliations for Fixed Income products.
• Collaborate with technology and business partners to improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Support industry and regulatory initiatives in a changing environment.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in finance or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, critical-thinking, discretion, and judgment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Competence with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to learn multiple programs quickly.
