Senior Project Manager (Supply Chain Automation)

Location: United States; hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia, Irving, Texas, or Charlotte, North Carolina with three office days per week; remote outside these areas within the United States

What you will do

• Plan and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and delivery from initiation through closure.
• Create and maintain detailed schedules in MS Project and proactively manage cost, resource, and timeline deviations.
• Lead client communications, technical documentation, project updates, coordination meetings, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate engineering, sales, EHS&S, finance, contract management, customer service, procurement, vendors, and suppliers.
• Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate project risks while managing scope changes and their cost and schedule impacts.
• Oversee procurement, material and equipment tracking, safety and quality compliance, performance reviews, and lessons-learned analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management.
• Experience managing complex, large-scale technical projects in material handling, logistics, automation, warehouse, or distribution environments.
• Strong understanding of system integration project execution, dependencies, financial forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Proficiency with MS Project, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite, plus strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time for any employer in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Advanced degree or certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma.
