What you will do

• Own and evolve the learning and skills strategy for emerging digital and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Translate business capability needs into curricula, learning pathways, and targeted adoption interventions.
• Design and deliver AI capability programmes, including audience targeting, cohort planning, partner coordination, and facilitation quality.
• Partner with business, people, digital, and transformation teams on capability pilots and human-technology collaboration models.
• Develop manager toolkits and performance-support resources for responsible AI use, quality assurance, and human-in-the-loop practices.
• Measure AI learning impact through adoption, proficiency, productivity, confidence, capability progression, ROI, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI, automation, productivity tools, human-agent teaming, and responsible AI capability development.
• Proven experience developing enterprise-wide skills strategies, conducting learning needs analysis, and designing structured curricula and capability pathways.
• Significant experience designing and managing apprenticeships, bootcamps, levy-funded programmes, and talent pipelines.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and coordinate internal teams, external learning providers, and strategic capability partners.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data protection, governance, quality assurance, and the risks of over-reliance on AI-generated outputs.
