Treasury Management Service Specialist I

Location: Tupelo Campus Bldg A, United States; office-based workplace. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Facilitate new client account opening by gathering and reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Execute standard treasury onboarding, implementation, testing, product maintenance, and go-live readiness activities.
• Coordinate implementations involving ACH files, Positive Pay, BAI reporting, standing transfer orders, and transmissions.
• Provide first-level support, troubleshoot payment exceptions, file errors, entitlement issues, and Positive Pay decisions, and resolve routine service cases within established procedures and SLAs.
• Schedule and deliver client training on treasury platforms, payment workflows, and fraud-prevention tools.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, Operations, Risk, and Product teams while escalating complex or higher-risk issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in banking operations, treasury support, or a related client service role.
• At least 1 year of account opening experience.
• Knowledge of banking policies, regulatory requirements, KYC/AML controls, entitlements, segregation of duties, dual approvals, and documentation standards.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, confidentiality, and customer-focused service skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Business Banking or Commercial Banking clients.
• Familiarity with NACHA file formats and fraud-prevention tools.
• Experience with ACH, wires, Positive Pay, remote deposit, BAI reporting, and online banking platforms.
• Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives.
