What you will do
- Extract daily bank activity from multiple banking platforms.
- Import and export ACH activity using reconciliation software.
- Reconcile ACH transactions and bank activity on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules.
- Research transactions that cleared the bank without being processed by and transactions in NACHA files that did not clear.
- Correct manual transactions, submit adjusting entries to the treasury team, and resolve items according to SOPs.
- Download bank statements, maintain processing logs and SharePoint records, and assist with Dynamics CRM cases.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in treasury and/or finance.
- Experience with online banking and strong data management skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to extract and transform data while maintaining its integrity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
