What you will do

• Execute daily extracts and edits across multiple payroll platforms.
• Transmit NACHA files, EFT payments, wire transfers, reverse wires, and one-time wires to multiple banks.
• Research and resolve employee-returned transactions and enforce NSF procedures.
• Perform manual transactions to and from client-funded accounts and upload Posipay files.
• Open, close, and resolve cases in NetSuite while working with the Finance Department.
• Review client finances, approve ACH processing when required, and maintain accurate processing logs.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a finance role, preferably with online banking experience.
• Ability to manage a busy work environment with multiple deadlines.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and strong in organization and time management.
• Strong technical and PC skills.
• High-level Excel skills.
• Applicants must be based in the USA.
