Logistics Operations Execution Manager

Location: Berlin, Germany. Hybrid working model with flexible remote-office arrangements; working from almost anywhere is available for up to 2 months per year.

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with customer-specific SLAs across an assigned customer portfolio.
• Organize the resolution of incidents and issues in existing logistics solutions.
• Coordinate with customers, key account management, and internal departments to optimize logistics and transport processes.
• Build long-term relationships with customer operational contacts in German and English.
• Prepare and independently present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Operational experience in parcel operations, transportation, or warehouse management within an e-commerce environment.
• Experience with B2B customer communication and customer service.
• Data-driven working approach and strong service orientation.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• English and German proficiency at C1 level or above.
