Universal Banker I (Cantonese/Mandarin Speaking)

Location: On-site full-time at Hurontario & Eglinton Banking Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple nearby banking centres may be required.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business banking clients to understand their priorities and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.
• Develop forward-looking financial plans using knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and referrals to relevant specialists.
• Introduce clients to mobile and online banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced banking centre to deliver a strong client experience.

Requirements

• Cantonese and Mandarin language ability is required as indicated by the role title.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, relationship-building skills, curiosity, and commitment to trust, teamwork, and accountability.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
