Investment Banking Analyst/Associate (Finance)

What you will do

• Create and analyze complex financial models and customized company valuations.
• Execute mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions as well as fixed income and equity issuances.
• Organize and prepare client presentations explaining industry trends and strategic recommendations.
• Lead due diligence processes and participate in the negotiation of legal documentation.
• Coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers to structure financial transactions.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with senior management and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-5 years of prior professional work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to form independent judgments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
