Senior Manager, Electronic Communications Oversight

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Lead, coach, train, and develop a team of Electronic Communications Review Officers.
• Supervise electronic communications oversight activities across PBB and Wealth.
• Ensure client business is conducted within regulatory, ethical, and fair-trading requirements.
• Strengthen compliance with policies, standards, guidelines, and controls.
• Manage team resources, staffing, budgets, performance, goals, and development planning.
• Monitor regulatory and industry developments and improve methodologies, tools, processes, and controls.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing in CIRO Supervisory Licensing.
• Experience developing strategic team goals, coaching employees, and driving team performance.
• Ability to influence senior management and provide effective leadership, coaching, and feedback.
• Experience in compliance oversight, regulatory supervision, risk management, people leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English required.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting electronic communications review programs in wealth management or securities.
• Fluency in French.
